Young and New to the Business World
I recently became a real estate salesperson. I am 19 years old. I want to dress to impress but I’m not sure how I should dress for the job. I want to show confidence and I don’t want to dress like all the older gentlemen in the office, since most of them are over the age of 50. Any advice on what I should wear or how casual or formal should I dress?

I just copied this from another comment I made:
The best thing you can do to start is to go visit Antonio’s YouTube channel:

While you’re at it, check out his blog:

Between the two, there is a wealth of information.
These might be the best videos for you to start with:

Remember, the better dressed you are, the more serious your clients are more likely to take you.

LikeDislikeYou need ti judge this type of thing by each client. Older clients are naturally going to want you to be dresses more formally, while younger ones probably won’t care as much. If you want to look youthful and energetic but still look worthwhile, I’d go for a really good shirt and no tie for every meeting except for the signing of the sales contract (keeping in mind the first point, of course.
