In 7 style sins, Antonio advocates pleats, but I have heard
that there are actually two types of pleats, forward & reverse.What is the difference between two ?
It just describes the way the pleat “opens.” If the little flap created by the folding of the crease opens toward the back, where the side pockets are, it’s a reverse pleat. If they open toward the middle of the front, where the zipper is, it’s a forward pleat.
There’s actually dozens of styles of pleats, but nearly all men’s trousers just have the basic knife pleat or none at all:

i am thin and short. i prefer the plain front look in a dress trouser. i think that it gives cleaner lines
