Suede shoes with Corduroy pants?
Is it stylish to wear suede shoes with corduroy pants? I have a pair of dark brown Bruno Magli suede wingtips and a medium to lighter blue pair of curduroy pants (about a 14-16 wale). I’m guessing the shoes are a little dressy for the pants, which are styled like jeans.
Is this a style mismatch?
If so, what would you recommend wearing with these shoes?

Unless they’re dress pumps, I wouldn’t consider suede shoes too formal for casual trousers. A pair of wingtips should go fine with corduroy as long as the colors work together (and blue and brown is usually a safe combination).
Suede is nice-looking and on the pricey side, but it’s not automatically formal. In fact, it’s a bit informal for business occasions — I wouldn’t wear suede shoes, especially brown ones, with a suit in most situations. They should work just fine with cords.
