Are light gray suits meant to go with black shoes/belts or brown? I feel like they’re kind of in-between.
You can go either way. Black is more formal, and it’ll look better if you’re wearing a plain white shirt, whereas brown is more relaxed and goes better with a patterned, colored shirt.
