I have a question, Can a suit go with long hair (shoulder length, male)?
Typically if you’re in a profession where you’re wearing a suit regularly (law, finance, etc.) you’ll be expected to keep your hair shorter than that. But those rules are loosening these days, so depending on your situation you may not be breaking any official rules by wearing your hair long with a suit.
If you are going to do it, pulled back in a neat ponytail is usually the “dressiest” way to do long hair. Freshly-washed is always important — long hair looks dirty a lot faster than short hair does.

It depends. Will the long-haired gentleman be wearing a suit on a daily basis? Perhaps, at work?
I don’t think it’s a matter of having a long hair in a business suit, what’s important is you exude confidence and your are professional. By no means is a long hair going to be a hindrance to your career and being successful. You just have to present yourself more in the clothes that you wear and how you speak.
Hope this helps!
