How to Dress for Two Weddings in One Day
I have two weddings coming up on the same day in June. The first one is more informal, taking place in the country (or at least, as country as Rhode Island gets) with a reception at a family-style restaurant. The other one takes place at a church in downtown Providence and has a reception by the beach. I don’t know what to wear that will look sharp without being too hot or overdressing. What would you wear in this situation?
A light summer suit would probably be best. You can stick a tie in the pocket for the part in the church and go open-collared at the country event and the beach reception. Good time to break out the linen or seersucker suit, if you have one.
