I am a tall and thin man. Could you please tell me some casual dressing tips and clothing designs that suit me?
Sports jackets are good, especially ones with flap pockets, ticket pockets, working lapels, elbow patches, or any other kind of big visual elements — those help break up the length of your body and make you look a little less imposing. And always wearing a jacket in general will help, since the tapered waist divides your height up where a shirt just makes you go straight up all the way.
Steer clear of anything with unbroken vertical lines like pinstriped trousers. Those will just emphasize your height.
Sweaters or sweater-vests are good when it’s cool enough for them, since they add a little bulk.
